２年ぶりの更新 It's been 2 years...

二年また経過してしまった。時間が数字を数える感覚で流れていく。

おさらいすると

2017年1月ー2019年1月　ブータン王国でボランティア活動

2019年7月ー　　　　　  アメリカの大学の博士課程に進学

そして現在は言わずもがな自粛ですよね。

少し時間も作れそうなので、何か発信していこうかなと思っています。

やっと昨日ですね、今学期が終わりホットしているところですよ。

授業は二つとっていました。

雪氷学

水文学

水文学の宿題とテストに日々追われ、もう大変でした。

嫌でも、学んだことが身につくようになっています。

テストも論述が多い(論述しかない)ので理解していないと点数をくれません。

4か月しか使ってないけど、教科書がこんなにボロボロになったのは初めてです

（写真では伝わらないですが）。あとGPAが3を切ると退学になるので必死なんですよ。

とりあえず初回（？）はこんなもので、これからはアメリカ大学院の生活モロモロをお伝えしていければなと思います。英語は気が向いたときに下に付けます（海外の友人用に）。

Summarize my last 3 years,

Jan/2017 - Jan/2019 Bhutan (Volunteer work)

Jul/2019 -                  Graduate students in US (Phd)

It goes without saying that.... Stay home.

So, I have enough time to spread my daily life in US for those who are intereted in.

Let me quick introduce this semester.

I took the following class,

The Cryosphere

(That's fine. It is my field)

Hydrogeology

Hydrogeology was really tough!!

How does pumping influence aquifers?

Need to understand basic Geology.

So meny equations and technical terminology make me confused.

I always thought why teacher gave us tons of homework every 2 weeks.

It was much easier to take credits in Japan when it comes to graduate school.

It is really beneficial for us to be more knowledegble about it.

At the same time, I realize it is challeging to insure enough time to study my stuff.

That is why it takes at least 5 years to earn Phd in US.  That makes sense.

Overall, it was educative and fun, though.

Right now, I finished grading assingments for students as TA and finally free!!

Anyway, I would like to express myself here from time to time in Japanese and English.

Ground water!! Does anybody lean it?
